FAQs

  • Yes, for the first year from the date of purchase, I will fix cosmetic or electrical issues with the earrings free of charge! After the first year, repairs are available at an economical price that just covers the cost of the materials used. Just e-mail me or message on Etsy, and I'm happy to make sure your light-up jewelry is in working order again.

  • My light-up jewelry are more like handmade art pieces for adult collectors, rather than everyday jewelry that is designed for all conditions, and a gentle hand is needed to ensure they enjoy many years of love. These were designed to be statement pieces for photoshoots, cosplays etc. and it's not recommended to wear them in scenarios where they're at risk of hard impact or exposure to water/fire. Please always store earrings in a cloth bag like the ones provided when not in use, and make sure they're always out of reach of young children or pets. I make many of my light-up designs in non-lighting versions, and these are both a more economical and more sturdy option for anyone with these concerns!

  • I make jewelry to order for you, and require ten business days to make your piece to perfection!

Sometimes I’ve already made the piece you ordered and will ship same or next-day, and sometimes I am making it to order just for you! The window allows me to make your piece to order and make sure it meets my standards, and I really appreciate your patience!

If you need an order quicker than expected, just e-mail me or message me on Etsy!

  • I buy the majority of my supplies from small businesses like myself based in the US/Canada, and try to look for components for my designs that are handmade or are locally sourced.

It's important to me that I don't just buy supplies from whatever wholesaler offers the lowest price, and that smaller crafters and artists can be more than just dependent on large monopolies for their tools!

All new packing materials I buy are paper-based, but if I receive packages with plastic or styrofoam packaging I will reuse them to pack my orders so they can get a second use. Reusing is always better than recycling, as over 90% of plastics received by recycling facilities in the US just end up being moved to a landfill anyway. I encourage you to reuse any packing material you receive with your order if you can!

  • I don't use the word "hypoallergenic" in my pieces, even the ones with 14k gold or sterling silver, because it's more of a relative term than a certainty and even solid gold or sterling silver jewelry still can cause sensitivity to a very small amount of the population.

I try to be as transparent as possible in what my jewelry is exactly made of in each listing, and I’m working on a way to easily label which pieces are best for sensitive ears! I encourage you to message/e-mail me with any questions and I'll always be honest with your allergy or sensitivity in mind.
